The group all roll d12s. The half with the highest numbers tell the story of how they stayed up last night drinking and talking, and the shenanigans that occurred. Each member of the group then votes as to whom they felt told the best story, and that player gets to roll for progression in any area.
The next day, they've all lost their voices. For the duration of the session, they can only communicate through body language and mime. At the end of the session, the same voting format happens, again with the player with the most votes getting to roll for progression.
